2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Lard
1 cup Sour milk
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
5-6 cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, eggs, lard, milk, baking powder, soda and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Gradually add flour to make a soft dough. Roll out, cut. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375º for 7 to 8 minutes.

VERY IMPORTANT: Do not add too much flour. If you do, your cookies will be hard. These should come out big and fluffy. They'll stay soft a ling time.
