1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
1-29 oz. can peaches, drained but reserving the juice for topping
8 oz. + 3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
5-6 T. peach juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 9x13" cake pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil and water; mix well. Pour into prepared cake pan. Place drained peaches evenly over cake mixture in pan. Combine cream cheese, sugar and reserved peach juice; mix together and spread over peaches. Bake approximately 1 hour, use toothpick test for doneness. Serve warm or at room temperature.
