2 c powdered sugar
1/2 c melted baking margarine
2 square melted d unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c chopped pecans
3 beaten egg yolks
3 beaten egg whites
1 t vanilla
box of vanilla wafers
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix top 4 ingredients and vanilla. Roll out wafers to crumbs. Make a crust of crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Fold egg yolks in chocolate mix. Then fold egg whites into chocolate mix. Pour chocolate mix over crumbs in pan. Then slice and spread 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream over the chocolate mix. Sprinkle remaining wafer crumbs on top. Keep frozen in tupperware container with lid. Keeps for quite some time.
