2 1/2 c flour
pinch salt
1/2 c vegetable oil
7 t cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, with a fork, in a bowl. Take 1/2 of the mix and place on waxed paper. Roll out with a rolling pin. Place rolled dough in pie tin. Roll out the other half to top the pie. Prick dough will the fork or decorate top. Att milk and sugar and cinnamon to top with pastry brush. Can add foil around edge for golden crust til nearly done. Bake at 450ºfor 10 min if needed for 1 baked shell.
