1 crumb or baked 8 in pie shell
1 15 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c lemon juice
1 t lemon rine or extract
2 eggs separated
1/4 t cream of tartar
3 egg whites
4 T sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk and lemon juice and rine. Put in cooled shell. Top with the rest of the ingredients made into a meringue and bake until golden.
