2 cups unbleached flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup buttermilk (approx.)

Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Pour melted butter into the buttermilk, and mix into the dry ingredients. Knead a few times until the flour is complete absorbed. Roll the dough (gently) out on a floured board to one-half or three-fourths inch thickness. Cut into rounds.

Bake on a cookie sheet (for crust all around) or a cake pan (for top and bottom crusts only). Bake at 475 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until the crusts are lightly browned. If your oven does not heat evenly, place a pan of water on the oven's bottom rack.
