2 1/2 - 3 lb chicken cubed
1 1/2 can cream of chicken or a can of broth and a can of soup
3/4 can of broth
2 beaten eggs
2 c cooked rice
2 c diced celery
1 c mushrooms or water chestnuts
3/4 c graded American cheese
2 T grated onion
2 T soy sauce
1 c slivered almonds buttered
1 c buttered bread crumbs, toasted

Mix together - Top with bread crumbs and almonds
Bake 50 min, at 325º . Let cool about 15 min before cutting. 9x13 pan
