1/4 of an 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
1 or 2 drops of flavoring oil. More if extract
1 2/3 c powdered sugar
any food coloring desired

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese and add flavoring and coloring and mix in sugar. Knead til about the consistency of pie dough. Roll intro balls about the size of marbles. Place 1 side into a small amount of white sugar. Press sugar side into the mold. Unmold at once. Place on waxed paper. Makes 23 roses and 23 leaves.
Mint mold care
New rubber over a long time and unused mold need to be boiled in baking soda and scrubbed with a semi stiff brush and rinsed carefully.
