4 lbs Spareribs
1 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Chili Sauce
1/4 c Ketchup
1/2 c Dark Rum
1/4 c Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dry Mustard
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1/8 tsp Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into individual pieces. Line roasting pan with double thickness of foil. Place ribs in pan; seal tightly in foil. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Unwrap ribs; pour off drippings.

Combine remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 the sauce over ribs and return to oven; bake for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Turn ribs occasionally, basting with remaining sauce.
