2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
2 T flour
2T sugar
1 T butter


1 c whipped cream or cool whip
1/2 lb bite sized marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in a sauce pan, add pineapple, flour, sugar and cook til thick.
Add butter and stir. Cool.
To the cooled mix add cream and marshmallows.
Store in refrigerator and keep a week or more. Add whatever fruit you have: cherries, banana, grapes, oranges etc.
