Ingredients:	Ingredients: first layer: 1 c flour 1/2 c butter 1/2 c nuts 2nd layer 8 oz cream cheese 1 c powdered sugar 1 c cool whip 3rd Layer 2 pkg instant pudding pick your flavor 3 c milk

Directions:	Directions: Mix first layer together-put into 9x13 pan Press-bake 10 min at 350º. 2nd layer: Mix cheese, sugar, cool whip together and add to the crust. 3rd layer: 2 pkg instant pudding and milk beaten with beaters. Put on second layer. Refrigerate and serve with covering of cool whip.
