Ingredients: 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 c onion, 1 TBS minced garlic 1/4 c green pepper 2 c Marinara Tomato Sauce 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. herbes De Provence 3/4 c water bag of Mostaccial pasta 2 c Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

Directions:Brown the hamburger, onions, garlic and green peppers. Add the Marinara Sauce and water and simmer for 20 min. Cook the noodles in a separate pan. In a 9x12 pan, combine the noodles then sauce and top with cheese in two layers ending with cheese on top.
You may microwave for 10 min. Or place in 350º preheated oven for 20 min. Serves 4 - 6 people |

Notes: This delicious recipe was given to me by my good friend Betty Larson. We were always exchanging recipes. We also shared teaching the 3 & 4 year olds Sunday school, many years ago. As with many friends, she moved away and we've lost contact with each other. I do still have and use many of the great recipes that she gave me. I always think of her when I'm making them.
