2 # ground beef
2 eggs
1 Cup rye bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons horseradish
2 teaspoons beef broth
2 Cups water
1 Cup sour cream
4 Tablespoons cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, eggs, horseradish, salt and pepper with rye bread crumbs.
Shape into meatballs and brown.
Bring beef broth & water to a simmer, then put meat balls in with the sour cream and cheese.
Serve over noodles or rice
