2 eggs
2 cups whole milk
2/3 cup corn oil
4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
2 cups fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Combine first six ingredients in large bowl; mix together
Stir in blueberries, being careful not to break them
Grease cupcake tins and sprinkle with plain bread crumbs (trust me with the bread crumbs - the muffins will pop right out of the pan)
Bake for 25 minutes
