2 ¼ cup flour
1 c. sugar
½ c. molasses
¼ c. milk
1 egg
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
Sugar for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine flour, 1 cup sugar, butter, molasses, milk, egg, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and salt. Beat until well mixed. Cover and refrigerate until firm at least 2 hours.

Heat oven to 350. Shape teaspoonful of dough into balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on un greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch. Remove from sheets immediately and cool on racks.
