1 1/2 cup butter
3 cup Brown sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 cups oatmeal(can use old fashioned)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients. Then add oatmeal. Set aside in greased 9x13 cake pan. Finish w/ making Chocolate Filling:
12oz(2 cups) chocolate chips,15 oz can sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 cup chopped nuts. Melt over low heat(or microwave). spread 2/3 of oatmeal mixture in pan. cover with chocolate filling ~Dot with rest of oatmeal mixture. Bake at 350º, for about 30 to 40 mins, fills a 9 x 13 cake pan. Rich and delicious!
