1 box cake mix (any flavor)
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven 350º

Combine all ingredients making a stiff batter.
Stir in chocolate chips (or nuts, sprinkles, etc.)
Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes.
