2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp dry mustard
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients but the buttermilk.
Add the buttermilk and mix. Lightly flour a hard surface and roll the dough to approx. 1" height. Using a water glass, cut circles in the dough. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a 450º for 15 - 20 minutes

Variations:
Add 1/2 - 3/4 cup shredded cheese for nummy cheese bisquits.

Add 2 tsp sugar and 1/2 cup raisins for nummy raisin bisquits
