1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup water
2 cups flour
1 tsp soda
2 cups mashed bananas
1 cup cooked prunes
1/4 chopped dates(soaked to soften)
1/2 softened raisins
dash of allspice ~ cinnamon ~ & nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter ~ Add eggs, oil and water, sift flour and soda- add alternately with banana to the egg mixture. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into sprayed/floured pan (works best in mini loaf pans), bake at 350º for about 35 to 40 minutes. Check center with toothpick to see if done. Quite rich,but moist!
