2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp dry mustard
4 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp sweet basil
1/2 tsp oregano

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Store in a tightly covered jar. for crumb coating, combine 1 1/2 tbsp of the above with 1 cup of fine bread crumbs.

I use this combo to season just about everything!
