1 cup wild rice
3 cups water
1 pound fresh mushrooms or 3 cans of mushrooms
2 cups chopped celery
2 medium onions, chopped
½ cup butter
2 cups chopped green pepper
1 jar pimento
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
4 lobster tails
3 pounds cooked shrimp
1 cup toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in water and simmer until water is absorbed. Cook mushrooms, celery, onions and green pepper in butter for 5 minutes, add chopped shrimp and lobster. Mix all together with rice except almonds. Put in greased baking dish and top with nuts. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
