1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup shortening
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375º
Sift and measure flour
Cream shortening, granulated sugar and brown sugar and add vanilla
Sift together all dry ingredients and add to creamed ingredients
Beat on medium speed
add in chocolate chips and pecans
Drop by 1/2 tsp. onto lightly greased cookie sheets
Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes
