1 can of pineapple
juice of half a lemon
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
3/4 T gelatin soaked in 2 T cold water
1 cup Heavy cream whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and sugar til fluffy. Ad lemon, pineapple juice and gelatin
dissolved over hot water to egg mixture and stir until thick. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, cream and pineapple chunks. Pour into mold rinsed in cold water. Can use a bowl or formed gelatin mold. Refrigerate 3 hrs. before unmolding and serving Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries.
Serve with fancy cookies.
