1 lb pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage and vegetables until tender. Drain well, and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients. Add sauteed mixture into batter. Pour into 9X9 pan and bake @ 325º for45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm.
