1 pkg. white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried apricots, finely chopped
1/2 cup Craisins, finely chopped

Melt chips in microwave. Immediately add fruit and stir quickly to mix/coat. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool. Work quickly as candy begins to harden immediately.
