Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. sliced apples - finely chopped
1 c. sugar
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1 c. flour
3 T. melted shortening
1 egg
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples and dry ingredients in order. Add beaten egg and shortening. Add cinnamon and vanilla and mix all together. Put in greased pan, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
