2 cups milk scalded
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1 can tuna
1 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper

Make a paste of flour and water. Pour into scalded milk-if lumpy strain
dissolve butter in this- add tuna fish than season to taste
