1/2 c. fat
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 egg whites
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp. sour milk
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream fat and sugar. Add yolks, milk vanilla, salt and bananas and flour
Beat two minutes. Add rest of ingredients- pour into greased pan. Bake 35 minutes for 375º
Serve cold or warm
