1 large cabbage
2 tbsp oil
2 lbs ground round
2 1/2cups cooked rice
1 1/2cups chopped onion
2 stalks chopped celery
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 large can tomatoes (drain, keeping the juice)

1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Fry onions celery and garlic in the oil until the onions are transparent. Add drained can of tomatoes and the salt and pepper. Stew for about 10 minutes

Mix raw meat and the cooked rice in a large bowl. Add cooled tomato mixture and mix well.

Place a whole, cleaned and cored cabbage into a large pot of boiling water. As the outer leaves soften, pull off with thongs and place on a clean area of the counter.

Spoon a good spoonful of mix onto the middle of each piece of cabbage and roll. Pack tightly into a fairly deep pot or casserole dish (make sure you have at least 2 inches to spare at the top). Combine the tomato juice, sauce and ketchup. Pour all the tomato mixture over the top so that the rolls are just about covered.

Bake in a 350º oven for 2-3 hours. This depends on the amount you are making. Less amount will take less time
