1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 beaten egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter melts. Cool to 100º.

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water in large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream mixture and egg. Gradually add flour to yeast mixture. Dough will be wet. Cover and chill 8 hours.

Punch down dough. Shape into 36-1" balls. Place 3 balls each in lightly greased muffin cups.

Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk.

Bake @ 375º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter.
