2 hens ( cut up and boiled) Keep the broth
1 package Down Home sausage (cut in wheels, saute in skillet and drain)
2 large cans of diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
A little dab of Tabasco sauce
2 bell peppers - chop and saute
3 large white onions - chop and saute
3 stalks of celery - chop and saute
2 packages of salad shrimp
Rice

Directions:
Boil chicken and save the broth. De-bone and cut up chicken. Saute sausage, drain and add to the broth. Saute vegetables in left over sausage grease (for flavor) and add to broth. Add all the other ingredients to the broth. Do not add shrimp till last. Simmer for 30 minutes. Eat over rice.
