Crust:
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk
1 cup crushed peppermint candy
3 drops red food coloring
2 cups whipping cream, whipped

whipped cream and crushed peppermints for garnish
1 recipe hot chocolate sauce

Crust:
Combine wafer crumbs, sugar, and butter in a bowl and mix well. Press over the bottom and 1" up the side of a 9" springform pan. Refrigerate until chilled.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese at high speed until fluffy. Add condensed milk, candy, and food coloring. Fold in 2 cups whipped cream. Pour into chilled crust. Freeze, covered, until set. Garnish with whipped cream and peppermints. Drizzle with hot chocolate sauce.
