1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chili peppers
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
1 can black beans, drained
1 can kernel corn, drained
4 large tortillas
sour cream
salsa
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, and chili peppers. Drain. Add water and taco seasoning. Add beans and corn. Simmer until water has evaporated. Cool.

Using the bottom of a springform pan as a template, trim 3 of the tortillas to the same size. Butter the bottom and sides of the springform pan. Place the untrimmed tortilla in the bottom. Spread 2 tbsp. of sour cream over tortilla followed by 1/4 cup salsa. Spoon and spread 1/4 cup of the beef mixture over the salsa, then sprinkle with a layer of the cheeses. Repeat the layers using the trimmed tortillas and ending with the cheese.

Bake @ 350º for 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cut into wedges.
