tomato sauce
oregano

pepper
chili powder
worcestershire sauce
hot paprika
cottage cheese
minced onion
lasagne noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Make tomato sauce first. Saute onion in oil, then add garlic, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, sugar and water if needed. Simmer for a few minutes.

Next, make meat sauce. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add oregano, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, very small amount of chili powder, small amount of worcestershire sauce, hot paprika, sugar, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer.

Then, make cottage cheese mixture. Mix in oregano, basil, garlic (just a hint), salt, pepper, and just a little minced onion with cottage cheese. Mix well.

Layer as follows: tomato sauce, lasagne noodles, provolone cheese, meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella, tomato sauce, noodles, provolone and mozzarella (remaining), noodles, tomato sauce, parmesan.

Bake 350 F 45 minutes (+). Cool 10 minutes or so before cutting.
