2 slices bread without crusts, cubed
or 3 baked potatoes, sliced into bite sized pieces
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 lb. sausage, cooked or 1 lb. ham, cooked and cubed

9" x 13" x 2" baking pan

Directions:
This recipe is designed to be prepped today and cooked the next morning.
1) Grease the pan.
2) Place bread (or potatoes) in the bottom of the pan.
3) Place meat over bread.
4) Beat together eggs, milk, cheese and mustard.
5) Pour over meat and bread.
6) Cover the pan tightly and refrigerate overnight.
7) Bake in COLD oven for 45 minutes at 350º.
8) Slice and serve.

Beth says: "I think the first time I had this was on Christmas morning at Chris and Jen's. I have made it several times myself. It is a nice dish to take to a morning meeting since it is hot out of the oven."
