3 tsp. baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter or oil

Mix dry ingredients; add egg, milk, and butter. Do not overbeat. Beat till smooth.
