1 bunch Chinese long beans/snake beans
1 onion
1 green chile
1 T. vegetable oil
1 t. mustard seeds
1/2 t. turmeric powder

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the long beans and onion. Mince the chile; remove the seeds for milder flavor or keep for more kick. Heat a wok or frying pan. Add oil and mustard seeds. When the seeds start sputtering, add onions and green chile; fry until softened. Add diced green beans and mix well. Cover and let cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove cover and add turmeric; mix well. Add salt to taste and continue cooking until beans reach desired crispness.
