3/4 C brown sugar (use less)
1 pint buttermilk
3 C rye flour
1/2 C oil
1 C boiling water
1 TBSP yeast in 1/3 C water
5 C flour
2 tsp yeast ?

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar and buttermilk. Add rye flour, oil and boiling water. Beat well; then stir in yeast; add 5 c. flour and salt. Rest dough 5 minutes; then knead 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl overnight.
The next morning put into 3 loaf tins and bake 1 hour at 300 (?).
May use less sugar and more rye flour.
