1 3 oz. pkg lemon Jello
1 3 oz. pkg lime Jello

1 14 oz. can evaporated milk
1 C cottage cheese
1/2 C mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/2 C coarsely chopped pecans
1 pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple juice into 2 cup glass measuring cup. Add enough water to the pineapple liquid to make 2 cups. Put into saucepan and heat liquid.
Dissolve Jello in hot pineapple liquid. Put Jello into 1 1/2 qt container (the salad will ultimately be made in this container). Place in refrigerator to cool. Combine remaining ingredients and add to the Jello when it becomes sticky (doesn't take long because the Jello is pretty concentrated). Combine well and place back in refrigerator to set up.

Personal Notes:
Norene made this Jello salad frequently, but I couldn't find the recipe in her box. I found this one online and seems to be exactly what she did. I made it a couple of times at Ensign Ranch and it has been good and tastes like Norene's salad.
