1 C. Butter, softened
1/2 C. Sugar
4 Eggs
1 C. Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. ground Nutmeg
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 C. fresh Blueberries (60 blueberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time. Mix for three minutes. Add the flour, baking powder, nutmeg and vanilla, stir to combine. Do not beat.
Refrigerate batter covered, for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
Place paper liners in muffin tin, fill each one half-way full.
Stud each muffin with about five blueberries, push down into batter.
Bake in a preheated 400º F for 20 minutes, or until golden on top.
Serve warm.
