1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup melted margarine (I use butter)
3 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Heat Oven to 350 degrees

Grease 9" pie plate. Mix all ingredients until smooth (about 1 minute with hand beater). Pour into pie plate and bake about 30 minutes until knife comes out clean.
