1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. sour milk (add a little vinegar to milk to sour it)
1 t. soda
1 t. baking powder
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and sour milk. Add soda, baking powder, flour, salt, and bananas. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
