1 whole piece of injera
1 tbsp niter kibbee
to taste berbere
as needed Ethiopian cole slaw

Directions:
Directions:
divide injera into quarters, and in a skillet, heat the pieces until they become just a little crispy. Turn them frequently. Melt the kibbee in the microwave and then add the berbere and blend together, well. When the injrea is done, spread the spiced kibbee onto the bubbly side of the injera. Serve with Ethiopian cole slaw.
