1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained(save juice)
3 T. flour
3 T. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, juice and sugar. Add cheese and pineapple chunks. Mix well. Pour into buttered 1 quart dish. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes(until bubbly).
