1 pint flour
1 T lard
1/2 t baking powder
pinch of salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
With fingers or fork work lard into dry ingredients. Add small amount of water gradually until a soft dough forms Roll thin on floured board. Cut into small squares. Drop in boiling chicken or beef broth and simmer for 30 minutes. I rember grandma made diamond shapes. Aunt T said Grandma would cut a medium onion fine and dice a couple of potatoes and add to broth before adding dough.
