2 cups sugar
2 cups plain flour
pinch of salt

1/2 cup margarine ( I use butter)
1/2 cup Crisco
3 TBSP Cocoa
1 cup Coca Cola

1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs


Coca Cola Icing:

1/2 cup margarine 1 Box 4X sugar
3 TBSP Cocoa 1 tsp Vanilla
6 TBSP Coca Cola 1 cup marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together in bowl and set aside:
2 cups sugar
2 cups plain flour
pinch of salt

Place in a saucepan:
1/2 cup margarine ( I use butter)
1/2 cup crisco
3 TBSP Cocoa
1 cup Coca Cola

Bring to a boil then add sugar / flour
Add to the above:
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

Beat well then add 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows (they will not dissolve before baking) Beat well and pour into a greased and floured 13X9X2 pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.


Coca Cola Icing:

Bring to a boil: Add:
1/2 cup margarine (I use butter) 1 Box 4X sugar
3 TBSP Cocoa 1 tsp Vanilla
6 TBSP Coca Cola 1 cup marshmallows

Mix well and pour over very warn cake.
