2 cups of sour cream
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 can of water chestnuts, chopped
1 box of Knox Leek soup
1-12 oz. bag or box of frozen chopped spinach
Loaf of round sourdough bread
Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain spinach. If necessary, use paper towels to remove as much water as possible from spinach. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove center from sourdough bread loaf. Serve in bread loaf with removed bread and crackers.
