1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Flour
3 c. Chicken or Turkey Broth
2 c. Milk
2 c. Parmesan Cheese
4 c. Turkey
Spaghetti Cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oven 350.
In a large pot melt butter and mix in flour to make a roux. Add broth, then slowly stir in milk. Simmer on stovetop. Last minute add turkey, Parmesan cheese & spaghetti. Mix well. Put all in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 40 min.

I add crushed garlic to the roux (approx. 4-6 cloves) and salt & pepper to taste. We would have this made with leftover turkey after Thanksgiving. Some families had turkey hash, we had turkey tetrazzini.
