2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground sausage
6-7 cloves minced garlic
2 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin
1 jar salsa
1 large can diced tomatoes
(use petite cut for smaller chunks)
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with garlic. Drain grease. Add chili powder, cumin, tomatoes and salsa. Simmer for 30 min. Add corn and beans. Simmer 15 minutes. Serves 6-8.
