6 cups cubed French bread - let age/dry
4 cups (about 2 pounds crab (use Indonesian not Pilipino crab)
2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
3 large onions, diced
˝ butter
4 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1 ˝ tbsp. Colman's mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter - mix in some green onions, too. Mix Old Bay, onions and dried bread cubes. Set aside. Mix mustard with 1˝ tbsp. water until a paste. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, and mustard paste.
Loosely toss all ingredients and then add crab and form into cakes.
Sauté in butter.
